Senior training will start again on Monday July 12th, although there has been a lot of unofficial work going on with sessions on the Merthyr Mawr dunes again getting some of the boys in shape.
There was speculation that we would have been transferred to the “West” section of Swalec One to accommodate relegated Ebbw Vale, but it now appears that UWIC have opted to play their rugby beyond the M4.
This is a surprising anomaly in the geographic rationale of the WRU national league structure.
The new season's fixtures are yet to be announced.
